Shipping and returns

All our prices exclude shipping. Shipping costs are added to the order and paid by the customer. These costs are calculated based on the size and/or weight of the items. We deliver within Belgium and the Netherlands. Shipping outside of Belgium is possible upon request.

After receiving your payment, we will ship your order within 3 to 4 days. If we no longer have an item in stock, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Delivery times range from 2 to 14 business days and depend on your location. Delays: We always do our best to deliver on time. If an exception occurs, please contact us. We ship our packages from Belgium with Bpost.

We are not responsible for packages that are not received or picked up. We are not responsible for items returned. If we have to send them back, we will charge you the return shipping costs.

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and must not be washed. Please notify us immediately if an item arrives damaged. Returning the items is at your own expense.

Despite the careful packaging of our products, an item may still be damaged or defective. If the packaging is clearly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package and inform the carrier. Please also notify us within 14 days of any damaged or defective items. Please email photos to anja@ad-label.be.
