Sometimes silence is loud. Sometimes movement is the only thing that brings peace.
Yoga is my way of listening. To the body. To what lives beneath the surface. To what can't be captured in words.
My classes are a journey within. With gentle eyes. With a curious heart. We move not to perform, but to feel. To sink back into our bodies as if it were the home we've been searching for all this time.
I believe in imperfection. In the abrasive. In the raw and the refined. In softness as strength.
