For me, yoga is much more than just asanas — it is an inexhaustible source of wisdom, a gentle force that deeply touches body and mind.
Every day I discover new layers, little treasures of insight that continue to fuel my love for yoga. The more I learn, the greater my curiosity grows.
After my first Yoga Teacher Training at YogaGirl, I took a dive into the rich world of Tiffany Cruikshank, Meghan Currie, Janet Stone and many others.
Anatomy, Chinese medicine, myofascial release… it fascinates me and continually opens new doors. The eternal student in me found her way to becoming a Yoga Therapist at YogaMedicine: a path full of wonder and gentle growth.
